Hi there! Let me introduce Symply – a handwritten font in signature style. Symply is perfect for logos, branding, web, blog headlines, magazine and book design, product packaging – or for any text on postcards and on your favorite photos.
Symply contains:
- standard set of characters (uppercase, lowercase, numbers, punctuation)
- international characters with diacritics marks (supports Western, Central-European, Eastern-European, Baltic and Turkish languages)
- an alternate set of lowercase characters
- 28 ligatures for double letters and frequently combinations
- 11 alternate forms for initial or final lowercase letters
- 62 swashes and doodles
Also some letters have an context-dependent automatical vertical adjustment. This feature allows to avoid overlapping or gap in some combination of letters in the words.
Ligatures, alternates and vertical adjustment is an OpenType features and changes automatically, and you can control this manually by software too. Adobe software is the best choice for working with these features, but if you don't have it, don’t worry, you can access all characters via standard programs on Mac or Windows (instruction is inside the product). And generally, you don’t need any special software to install and use this font.
Swashes and doodles come in a bonus font, Symply Swashes. To type it, simply use letters A – X, a – x, and numbers 0 – 9. All these elements are also collected in vector file (.AI 10 & .EPS 10).
